2005-2006 AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

      The After School Program will begin on Monday, September 12th this year.

 Teachers will provide your child with daycare after school, Monday thru Friday

 from 2:30 to 5:30.  A snack and drink is provided as well as games, videos or

 crafts.  Children will be taken outside to play, weather permitting. Homework

 time begins around 4:00.  Computer and library time is offered to all extended

 day children after their homework is completed.

     Please review the times, dates and fees.  You may sign your child up a month

 in advance or use an afternoon here and there for your convenience.  Multiply

 the number of days times $7.00 per hour($6.50 for siblings) and enclose a check

 in an envelope with the completed After School Calendar.  (Billing is done by

 the hour only;  if your child is picked up early you are still obligated to pay for a

 full hour.)  Please call the St. Francis Center after 4:00 if you will be late picking

 AFTER SCHOOL DAY CARE IS OFFERED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY:

     2:30 - 3:30          1 hour per day = $7.00    (pick up is at the school or outside

                                 when weather permits)

     2:30 - 4:30          2 hours per day = $14.00 (pick up is at the St. Francis Center

                                after 4:00 p.m.)

     2:30 - 5:30          3 hours per day = $21.00 (pick up is at the St. Francis Center

                                after 4:00 p.m.)

     If you are interested in taking advantage of this service, whether it is for full

 time care, part time care, or occasional care please complete and return :  the

 After School Program Registration, the After School Program Calendar (a new

 calendar will be distributed each month) and a check for payment.
