Brooke Harrington

Brooke Harrington is a first-year second-grade general education teacher at a Title I arts-integrated public school in Queens, New York. She holds a master’s degree in childhood education (Grades 1–6) from SUNY Potsdam and a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Binghamton. With training in both early childhood and special education, she creates developmentally appropriate systems that help young learners build metacognition, emotional intelligence, and a sense of agency. She is also working on a manuscript focused on designing classrooms that make thinking visible and foster meaningful breakthroughs.
