Nurse's Office

Please call you child out sick before the start of the school day. Our school nurse, 'PA' (Patricia) O'Connell, can be reached at 781-599-4422 x4 or [email protected]

Parents are responsible for completing and providing all the health paper work, Immunization records and up-to-date Physicals, before a child can be allowed to attend school.

All students that are in need of taking medication, must provide proper documentation with the medication to the School Nurse, who will administer the medication at the prescribed time.

During the school year the school nurse will conduct vision and hearing screenings. A notice will be sent home if a follow-up medical examination is necessary.
