Feb 3: Open House for current parents 9:00 am to 11:00 am

Feb 5: Student/Teacher Event. Report Cards Sent Home

Feb 8: No School

Feb 10: Mass 9:00 am - Ash Weds (dress uniform required) All are welcome

Feb 12: Faculty in-Service. EARLY DISMISSAL 

Feb 15: February School Vacation begins, school closed all week

Feb 22: School Re-opens/Full Day. Confessions for Grades 6,7,8 1:00 pm

Donation Acquisition Committee

  • Visit local businesses with marketing materials to gather advertising or physical donations
  • Group meetings to distribute potential contributor contacts and stay updated on status of incoming contributions


Advertising/Corporate Sponsorship Committee

  • Copy form letters – Address envelopes – Mail letters to surrounding area businesses beyond our current address list


Thank You Letters

  • Copy form letters – Address envelopes – Mail letters to all donors for tax purposes


Packaging Committee

  • Review incoming inventory and track in Excel Spreadsheet for thank you letters and permanent records
  • Combine and package donations to create attractive Items/Baskets for the Silent Auction
  • Provide graphic descriptions for entry into Event Book
  • Produce Event Book with all advertisements and items descriptions


Facilities Committee

  • Responsible for invitations – Tracking RSVPs
  • Create decorations for the night’s festivities
  • Prepare bid paddles and seating arrangements


Set Up Committee

  • Transport items from school to Rosaria's the day of Auction
  • Set up Live and Silent Auction items on tables


Closing Committee

  • Volunteer the night of the auction to work in one of the following areas:
o   
Checkout
o
    Payment Processing
o    Raffle Sales/Balloon Pop
o    Item Distribution


Clean Up Committee

  • Clear room after auction of all OLA property – Load into vehicles for return to school
